Evidence is overwhelming that intelligently controlled vehicles are visiting the Earth, which would lead to a cosmic Watergate if disclosed by the government, a nuclear physicist said Saturday in Murfreesboro. Physicist Stanton T. Friedman said he has not seen an unidentified flying object but he hasn’t seen Tokyo either, even though he knows the city exists.

His beliefs are based on years of study and interviews with citizens who sighted UFOs.

Friedman, known as the Flying Saucer Physicist, made his remarks before 80 people during the Tennessee Mutual Unidentified Flying Object Networ

I was at the Murfreesboro meeting and Friedman is very convincing in his presentation about Flying Saucers and Science. It was exciting to meet him, I even got an autographed book and got a picture taken with him. One thing that I thought he made a very good argument for was the likelihood that the visitors are coming from Zeta Reticuli. They are within range to reach us and a those stars are a billion years older than our sun, they might have had a little more time than us to develop the technology for interstellar travel.

I agree.

I mean, it's completely ignorant to think that there is any civilization that is intelligent enough to develop substantial amounts of technology and power generation that makes them capable of interstellar travel, it's absolutely ludicrous! Just because some of the leading scientists in the world point to this being the case, it just simply is not. I know there's more solar systems than grains of sand on the earth, however that doesn't mean by any means that one of those planets, we're close enough to the sun to have liquid water, and in turn be habitable!

It's absolutely CRAZY you think such things, I mean honestly, all these government officials, scientists, air craft pilots, and the just of it, well, THEY'RE ALL ON DRUGS or have a underlying psychological condition.

I cannot help but to grit my teeth and cringe every time I see the word Zeta. After the whole Nancy Leider and Zeta Talk thing, I just cannot help but think crazy.

I was on newsgroups back when Nancy Leider was on sci.astro. She is one of the most crazy people you would run across in your life.

It is sad, because any association with it brings back horrid memmories of her obvious mental illness. IIRC, she quoted Stanton a *lot*.

A lot of people seem to focus on Zeta, and I am not sure why.

You know what is really dumb?

Not knowing that if any aliens actually did figure out how to get here from lightyears away, they would have to know the secret of the universe.

If they knew the secret of the universe, they wouldn't need space ships, they wouldn't need Earth or any planet, they wouldn't need anything. They can make it all from scratch. They can make energy, they could make a planet, they could make stars, they could teleport to the surface of Earth instead of above it, they can probably even make a super computer that can decode DNA or even create it. They could create water, they could create dirt, and gold, and silver, and oil, and anything... they could super grow plants, and super grow food, because they would have control over plant DNA too. Heck they would be god's.... They could even destroy the Universe, and make their own Big Bang, or make their own Universe....

Heck, they could probably be immortal. They wouldn't even need bodies... they could just be orbs of energy. They could make super humans, or beings and animals better than humans. They could probably swap bodies too... Thats why they abduct people and kids, they need new bodies.... nah.... they can just grow their own bodies..

If that existed, I'm sure someone would know by now.... But getting that knowledge isn't easy. You would have to die many times before discovering how to do it. You would have to destroy several planets, or even universes before figuring that out.

There is more than aliens to wonder about.. aliens are so 1950's....

I have always listened to what Stanton has to say. Unfortunately, Big Bad Bill Cooper confirmed everyones worst fears that Stanton has been a CIA disinfo agent for some time now. I know I know, I didnt want to believe it either. But when you really look into this guys background.... all Im going to say is look into it. Sometimes things are better left unsaid.

Anyways, I SAW ALIENS WITH MY OWN EYES OVER THE WEEKEND!

I was down in San Diego. When I started heading back to LA I saw with my own eyes three aliens hop this fence and run across the freeway!!! I almost ran over them! I was so startled I sat there in silence for several minutes until it finally sank in. They ARE real, and they are here. And, I think they like Carne Asada Tacos!

I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone that thinks there is no other life in the universe, even though there is no actual evidence the numbers make it literally impossible for there not to be. In no way does that equate to intelligent aliens zooming about earth in spaceships. Your basically saying that because intelligent life exists in the universe they MUST be visiting earth. No one has ever provided evidence of aliens, just stories and tales. No picture, no video, no documents..nada. And unless pilots,government officials etc who have witnessed seeing a UFO then had the opportunity to peak inside, it's a bit of a jump to call them alien in origin.

Those of us on the side of the argument, don't need to prove anything. We aren't making outlandish claims of beings from other plants and galaxies visiting us. It's up to you, who make the claims, to provide the solid, undeniable proof.

It is a well known fact, in fact it's taken for granted most of the time, that governments around the world through their agencies or via private third parties(ie defence contractors/firms), research advanced technologies and do some pretty top secret stuff.

Back when they were experimenting with disc shaped aircraft, WHO IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN KNEW? Nobody.

Back when they were developing the B2 and F117, WHO KNEW IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN? Nobody.

Did anyone know the Internet was even being developed? Of course not.

Now just imagine what they have yet to reveal.

I'm not saying that it's guaranteed those unidentified aircraft are top secret government projects, but it's a very strong possibility.

We have plenty of evidence throughout the last 50-60 years of governments developing things in completely secrecy.

You say that aircraft can't do what these objects have been observed to do?

Well who knew todays aircraft would be able to do what they can do, 50 years ago?

Who knew objects shaped like the B2 could fly?

Who knew we would be able to remotely control aircraft and bomb targets that way?

Who knew we would have aircraft that could take off without a runway?

Fairly sure that the UFO's are not secret government craft, why? Because it did not try to bomb or tax me to death. Ok joking aside...

I dislike these "Professional" ufo experts who sell books, DVD's or charge for a conference etc. I saw Stanton in a TV debate on a clip posted on ATS a couple of weeks ago. How could ANYONE not notice him holding his book in the air almost constantly, I mean seriously. It actually made me laugh, it was that sad to see. A man of science waving his book around like a snake oil salesman, and sadly I suspect a lot of mainstream knowledge on the subject is just that, snake oil.

I understand people need to make a living but we are talking about the same rubbish spat out over and over again and the masses eat it up everytime.

Knowledge which has such a level of importance to mankind and needs to be known by everyone should be free. If I had the golden proof it would be broadcast far and wide with not a coin in return. I doubt I would even want to be named to be honest, rather pointless and egotistical when looking at the content of the message i would say. We are not alone, never have been..

It's a fact ET has been here, history reports it, multiple different civilizations, but for ignorant people like yourself you have to wait for an alien, who probably doesnt look much different than us, to stand up and shake Obama's hand.

Yep, stanton even admits he worked in security, that means mind control and all that probably. So is he part of the game, who knows. But at least he puts that person from seti in his place in debates, lol.

He was a very smart and enlightened man. In 360BC he wrote about the lost city of Atlantis which he states were advanced humans and they had a massive navy and conquered the power of flight. He states they had flying devices, and he says it was around 9600BC...

So do the math... Plato wrote about them having flying devices in 360BC so that is 2370 years ago... But he claims it was in 9600BC that it all happened... so that is about 11610 years ago.

Hm... so we have a very intelligent person talking about human flying devices more than 11,000 years ago...

So what were you saying about 1,000 year old UFOs piloted by aliens??
