The chemical weapons you speak of were sold to him by the CIA. We knew he had those and that he used them on the Kurds. Just like we gave him the green light to invade Kuwait and then used that to attack him in the first gulf war.

I have heard this theory, which has been proven untrue time and again. I am sure you just believed and continue to spew it though.
