Thats something I think is rather dangerous to do.
When you leave the TV running when your trying to fall asleep, and indeed do fall asleep, all the crap thats broadcasted when you are asleep drenches
right into your subcontious.
Its like those tapes you can listen to while asleep to stop smoking. They really do help you fight the need to smoke, because they work directly on
the subcontious.
But with those, you usualy listen to the tapes while awake first, so you know whats on them.
When you leave the TV running while asleep, you never know whats broadcasted when you were sleeping, but you can be sure it has an effect on your
subcontious.
