Are we being held back to better our selves as a species?

Are we loosing the drive to better our selves as a species?

Being constantly wrapped up in health and safety, taxation, climate change and many other hindrances, are we running the risk of going backwards?

It feels like there is someone or something pulling us back for every step forward we make.

The human race is all about progression through boundaries by any means, but where loosing this as people forget that boundaries are there to be broke and not to stop us progressing.

Does anyone else feel this way?

humand are defined by the word "EVOLUTION" we learn fast,we addapt,we change,we become better at everything we do...well atleast the smart ones like us.
but with all the poisoning,fluoride,aspartame,scams,banks,brainwashing,religion,money they try to keep us back
so stop being a sheep people and start being HUMAN

you forgot the huge chapter about how humans (who happen to be higher up on the chain) hinder our species' development in the pure interest of greed.

We are extremely selfish, but with the other hand the things we can do far exceeds our greed. Creating cures for diseases, ships that can travel into space, landing on another planet (please don't debate moon landings, its my belief we landed). But since the early 80's it seems we've slowed down in our big boundary breaking and took a back seat to progression.

it is really like this,we are all like that,survival is our PRIMAL goal, and making our life easyer and nicer makes us hurt others in order to acomplish it,especialy if we live in a bad place surrounded by bad people. well that was to be expected from advanced species like us

But can we call our selves an advanced species if we still burn fossils for fuel?

"if" (please dont drag this off topic) aliens are visiting us and using alternate propulsion methods, where is our progression in the same direction?

Why arent we creating new methods for the age old problems?

It's hard to want to better yourself when you are given everything....or if you are given nothing.....or if you see other given things not given to you...

All could lead to lack of motivation...

That and the controlling of our freedoms and the fact that we spend most our lives working or Dealing with problems......

It's hard to sit down with like minded people and try to gain the knowledge of the universe when everybody is constantly busy and opinions differ because of the millions of options available..

We are constantly given different options and constantly persuaded to pick between 2 options on a daily bases when life is made up of so much more.....


The way the "western " world is now, there just isn't time for us to better and advance ourselves..

Higher powers could purposely actually be saving us by holding us back while other evil powers want us to further destroy ourselves.....

Whatever it is, there is a greater reasoning and meaning that we can comprehend right now.....

We are not one as a people, how can we advance?

We are not even one as a country, state, city, county, sub-division, street, family ect.......

We need an entirely new way of thinking, rather life based on income and status, it needs to be based more on bettering our selves and our species.

Yes, because nobody watches Star Trek anymore, everyone watches Sex and the City and High School Musicals nowadays, it's all tantrums and self, self self...

Everyone now wants to get laid because the says so it's good. So in order to get laid, you must look like whore, get a nice job, nice car, nice house, soft music, get buried in debt, act like a robotic jukebox like everyone else wanting to get laid, because it's good...

You must not think like you would like to do something good for this world ever! Because it makes you look like a nerd or a nice guy and nerds and nice guys never gets laid...

Burn that damn TV and magazines!!

I feel that we, as a species are being held back.

Just think about it. We went to the moon in the 60's, and still we are using conventional or similar methods to power our space vehicles today!!

It just doesnt add up at all!!!!!!!!

In my opinon, the are withholding tech to cash in. As always, ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!

One thing is for sure, schools are wrecking people before they even start in life.

Whats the point of school, if its not to bring out the best in you, to see what your talents are. Its not to see if your a witch, lol.
