is done by changing yourself first,
or choosing for yourself,
where you like to be,
and being there,
in heart, (4th chakra)
then the mind, desire and body (3,2,1 chakras respectively) follow the heart.
with enough consistency.

lowki your book sounds interesting, when you write it tell us so we can check it out, if its interesting and I have time I will read it...But please none of that body snatching and mind framing that lots of people code in there books to live on, even in ideology's...first it's annoying, and second its bad luck, and third they suck at it...But anyways pertaining your book, I would say write some jokes...but since your not really that funny, but you make it up by being interesting, so whatever.
