THIS glowing halo in clouds over Moscow looks like an Independence Day style alien attack.
The astonishing ring was spotted over the city and captured on video by stunned locals.

It has been described as a "true mystery" by a UFO expert.

Could this be a Harrp test or a Tesla generator?
How about an asteroid, or something else entering the atmosphere
the size of this halo looks to be huge, at least several miles in diameter based on the video
In any circles this is an interesting effect
I would like to know how this will be explained away
Is it a ship?
