Sorry, can not post yet a new tread, but saw some new guy here post a very strange thing from google moon:

19 58 48.31 N 21 11 35.57 E

Don't know how to embed the image, don't remember the name of the OP, but find very strange that the OP posted this at least in two threads, and nobody makes a comment???

I've seen rocks with hundreds of posts, this one can be a rock, glitch whatever, but why nobody commented it

Can somebody please tell me how to post a jpg image here??

I know I don't trust the Gov. I don't trust NASA and I don't trust Omar Minaya!

Why can't NASA just cut the crap and say "The LCROSS was a failure and an awful idea. We did in fact learn something. We learned that millions of dollars were wasted while people are dying because they have no medical coverage. We have learned that it is bad to shoot millions onto the moon while millions are sick and cannot afford their meds without losng their homes".

Exactly, no wonder that a superior species does not choose to reveal themselves to us, just because we want them too or feel that its justified.

We waste multimillion dollars on projects like these when there are close to one billion human beings starving in the world and our population is just over 6 billion...we are terrible creatures if you think about it...no wonder they observe us from a far...we go and blow up a piece of rock on the moon and justify it by saying that we are looking to find the existence of water and its all done in the mind of research. We as human beings take the exact same element for granted here on earth and continue to drain and pollute it as a means of resource for the life we have become accustom to!

If i was an alien i wouldnt want to reveal myself either!....Ufo believers and consipiracy theorists alike feel that its in our right to have disclosure...but really we do not diserve it!

speaking of things Disappearing...

anyone seen Jim ?

maybe he will come out of hiding when this thread finally dies off ?

i wonder if NASA will try this bombing thing again in the future ?

Not sure if I'm in the right place, but as regards the bombing of the Moon: Astrologers cast a horoscope for the time of the launch, and it showed a prominent Mars in the chart.....Mars equates to 'military' so now what? Anyone have any idea if what type of 'military' nonsense could be involved here?

Others claim the moon is hollow!! somethin' to think about!! could that explain the absence of a huge plume?

Hey, I"m just asking!!!

Err...anyone remember SMART-1 of 2006?

Quote...

8. But won’t the impact of SMART-1 harm the Moon?

Nearly 50 years ago the Russian Luna-2 spacecraft was the first man-made object to hit the Moon. That was in 1959. Since then many other objects have done the same, and SMART-1’s impact will be softer than that of any man-made impactor so far.

When it arrives at the Moon’s surface, SMART-1 will be travelling at 2 kilometres per second. That is much slower than a natural meteoroid - for instance Leonid meteoroids arrive on the Moon at 70 kilometres per second, and note that their kinetic energy increases as the square of velocity! And the spacecraft will go in at a glancing angle – like a ski jumper. If we were unlucky SMART-1 might hit a steep hill at 7000 kilometres per hour, but what is more likely is that it will glide down over a flat part of the lunar surface, dropping 15 metres in the last kilometre of forward motion. At impact, its vertical speed will be only 70 kilometres per hour, which is less than some ski jumpers achieve.

Possibly SMART-1 will skid for a short distance after impact, throwing up dust ahead of it and spraying dust out on either side like the wings of a butterfly. The crater made by SMART-1 will be 3 to 10 metres wide and perhaps a metre deep. To put that in perspective, the Moon already has 100 000 craters that are more than 4 kilometres wide and every day several small meteoroids make craters as big as SMART-1’s. So you would not notice much difference.

International rules protect other planets and their moons from possible contamination by spacecraft. The safety of any alien life, if it exists, is the main concern. ESA takes its legal responsibilities very seriously, and follows all current planetary protection rules, as established by the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR).

end of quote....

so, we have a fairly light lump of metal going slowly and you get pictures like...
these pictures from esa

and as SMART-1 was the precursor for LCROSS and was where the modelling came from, the only possible explanation is that Nasa can't hit a barn door, err planet.

PS...lovin' the bit about aliens in the quote

Oh and the images were taken from the Earth and not from a spacecraft following!

I spent two very pleasant weeks in Europe with my family, no laptop, and only the hassle of a bad Euro exchange rate, and expensive petrol. Has anything significant happened while I was away? ;-)

Yes!

We have all been waiting to get your view on the anomalous flashing that was spotted briefly during the LCROSS missions.

The possibility that these are transmission or camera artifacts has already been ruled out and we cannot determine the geological process that would account for this. The flashing/pulsing occurred before any impact had taken place and when it was noticed again in another area, it was still far from the impact site.

We could use your experience on this one Jim.

I am glad you enjoyed your trip.

Welcome back to the fray.

As you have have not had the chance to see them, Here are the strange flashes I was referring to:

Here are some images of the flashes that we at Pegasus/ATS got the scoop on (I posted them first):

No flash:

Flash!:

No flash:

Flash again!:

No flash:

Flash Again!:
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/14b843b992a2.jpg[/atsimg]

These images are cropped form a larger one, that is why the flashes from the top-left now appear in the center of the cropped images. Here is where they are from on the larger image (and where the flashes can be spotted in the video):

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/bc6790972908.jpg[/atsimg]

Here is the video; The anomalous flashes occur at the very start - look at the top left :

The other flashes that occurred were also posted by myself to ATS first - here they are (they were located towards nearer the center of the shot; see the above video):

This is what the Area looks like when there are no flashes...

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/72b219cc43dd.jpg[/atsimg]

Let the flashing begin - start with a double-flash:
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/4d39f0462887.jpg[/atsimg]

Now a Single Flash:
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/e42b04440a83.jpg[/atsimg]

And another:
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/2585153d789a.jpg[/atsimg]

And yet another!:
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/8812f5625bca.jpg[/atsimg]

And another!:
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/757876f9288a.jpg[/atsimg]

*As with the first series of flashes/pulses, this second series caused the view to be switched yet again - right after the flashes were noticed. And keep in mind that this view and this camera would have been the most ideal one to use in order to allow us to view the impact.... But then even more people would have noticed the strange happenings down on the lunar surface.

'Sky and Telescope' update:

Strange Brew at LCROSS's Crash Site

It would be fair to say that the crashy culmination of NASA's LCROSS mission on October 9th was a technical success but a public-relations fizzle.

Just a thought - what if the moon bombing was so top secret that the people who did it had to be 'controlled' - ie killed?

I would not put this past governments.

Maybe they just shot it at the wrong planet

Its probably on its way to Saturn now
