Yeah i just spotted that too & looks like it is higher but only because there are no tree tops in that pic lol

But honestly I think the OP is something more mundane... what, I don't know.

To clarify:

The "Time Stamp" was from a non-live news story. i.e. that was the time when the story aired from a pre-produced videotape segment.

The photos were taken by a photographer at a HS football game according to news story.

When I screen captured them I put the front view on top despite the fact it aired later in the news story.
