Given that infighting just caused our city to loose a 22 million dollar stimulus project, you wouldn't want them.

Yet, they do help people get on their feet.

In some cases yes that is the thing to do. In other cases it is impossible and just the cost of the extra daycare can make that counter productive, and heaven knows if the woman didn't have appropriate daycare then her kids would run wild. That is another thread altogether.
