The International Swine Flu Conference is being held in Washington D.C. next week.

Top leaders and key decision-makers of major companies representing a broad range of industries will meet with distinguished scientists, public health officials, law enforcers, first responders, and other experts to discuss pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery at the 1st International Swine Flu Summit.

www.new-fields.com... (PDF brochure)

Read the agenda for the breakout sessions, especially the session on “psychological issues” (Session #2) and the topic heading: “Unwillingness to follow government orders.” Also note session #6, which includes “Control and diffuse social unrest & public disorder” and “Isolate prisons and other facilities.”

Still think that this fall will be uneventful?

Interesting times we live in.

They can shove a vaccination right up their, (cough, cough) arm, all they like.

They want people to riot and they are pushing people into the corner.

Just remember that any other animal is put down if it bites regardless of the situation.

Another great post Warrenb, S & F.

This seems typical of a gov't that thinks things are going to get outta hand.
We should brace for the worst. But, I guess we will all see if its mandatory.

What kills me is this:
1. What if your company won't allow you to work unless you've been "vaccinated"?
2. Same with schools and colleges, are they going to let children in without these "vaccinations"? Kids already hafta get vaccines before school starts, i.e., 1st grade mms shots.
3. This list can go on, etc.

I've already ran across a doctor's office where a gentleman was asked to wear a mask just cause he "coughed". So the fear is out there. They can force people to get vaccinated just to visit the doctors, if they want.

Might be more serious than I originally imagined.

I have to laugh that this is even being talked about.

The contingency programs have been in place for decades.

The only reason people are "preparing" for this now, is that it is new blood working the same old system.

Nothing new here, just the same old song and dance, Government creating a problem and then "all of a sudden" coming up with the solution.

Yea I get it... the swine flu is a hyped-up cold, the gov't is going to use it as an excuse to enslave the country and big Pharma needs a new pair of shoes so they're going to cash-in on this fabricated sneeze-fest. All could be true.

But just for the sake of having at least one devil's advocate left on this site, they may be doing textbook contingency planning. The reason WHO, CDC, et al are concerned is because this particular virus has shown unusually high virulence. We've not seen anything like it in a very, very long time. True, its mortality rate isn't all that high but that could change overnight.

Imagine a situation where all of a sudden people start falling ill at rates even higher than what we've been seeing in the UK and elsewhere --- not even a modest stretch. Imagine also that we suddenly see a significant increase in the severity of the disease and people start dying at an alarming rate. The 1918 Spanish Flu infected some 500 million people and resulted in between 50 and 100 million deaths. Roughly one-in-five died. Imagine coming to realize that we were suddenly in that kind of scenario.

The US and world populations are about 3 times more dense than in 1918. We also have a much higher level of mobility these days. This makes for a significantly worse situation in the event of a pandemic. Now one could argue that we have significantly better medical capacity than back in 1918. True. But our healthcare system would collapse very quickly under the weight of the situation described above.

So what do we do? Let people just fend for themselves, go where they want, do what they want, infect whomever they want and just let the pandemic burn itself out? Do we allow an already feebled economy to collapse? Do we let people die?

In a perfect world people would do 'the right thing' in a situation like this. But based on what I've read here and the starkly illustrated Katrina tragedy I'm quite certain they would not. There would be food riots, fuel riots, bank runs as fewer people are able or willing to go to work and resources become scarce. It would get... ugly.

I have a fair amount of suspicions about the government and the politcal elite. I treasure my rights, or what's left of them. But I know with a high degree of confidence that a good deal of our neighbors are selfish, uncaring and wholly unprepared. Alot of these people would shoot themselvbes in the willy to prove it didn't hurt. They most certainly cannot be expected to put societal well-being ahead of their own fears and ignorance.

So I, for one, can't fault the goverment for contingency planning. They have all along anyway. there is nothing new about this. I don't believe they are trying to foist some scam on us disguised as a flu pandemic for sone darker agenda. I hope I'm right. And I hope there is no need to implement these contingency plans.

Whereas I can understand the need to plan for certain disasterous events, as we have been doing for centuries, I am certain that I can connect the dots enough to see that what is occurring is a bit passed simple planning and has entered implementation.

Start dropping the pieces in place and you begin to clearly see a very unpleasant, disturbing actually, image of what is to come.

Some pieces to consider: REX84, FEMA Coffins, mass grave preparation, advertisements for "Internement Specialists", KBR contract awards to build "Relocation camps" on military bases, Orders and procedures being prepared for "Civilian Labor Programs", DHS engaging priests and clergy to help enforce government orders in the event of civil unrest, spying on citizens, internal focus on "Domestic terrorism" and the DHS descriptions released describing them, A militarized police force, retirement of Posse Comitatus and Habeus Corpus, etc... I could literally go on and on for pages.

Couple that with the fact that Baxter was busted sending out vaccine with live virus, secured a patent for the yet to be identified H1N1 virus vaccine a year before the virus even surfaced and stand to net BILLIONS of dollars from a forced innoculation program. And the fact that this virus is comprised of 5 different virus originating from 3 distinctly different species, originating on 3 different continents, with some of them appearing on Earth decades apart - and you have a MAN-MADE pandemic that plays into the hands of ALL of the other preparation.

Again, I could fill an entire thread with the mere "Coincidences" - but I leave it up to you to decide. The dots are connecting like an MFer and the picture is bleak!

Our saving grace is the obvious fact that the masses are awakening and they're apparently pissed off! Hopefully we will all have the intestinal fortitude to do what is required when it is required of us!

I have been wondering if I will even see my fall semester this year...

If we are forced to take the vaccine in order to attend school, then I guess I will be staying home.

I know their goal is fear, and I don't want to succumb, but damn - it is scary to think about.

Yes that is a good list of 'coincidences'. Increasingly more often these days, I find myself hoping that - all of a sudden - I'll wake up and the sun will be shining, everyone will be happy, and it was all just a bad dream that almost happened.

Warrenb, you are one of my favorite people on ATS, and I always keep my eye out for your threads and posts. Not sure why, probably think alike.

Thanks for the info.

Me and several of my friends and family have already discussed the possibility of this. We have said that if our kids can't go to school without that vaccine they won't go to school. If I can't work without the vaccine I won't work end of story for us. WE WILL NOT TAKE THIS VACCINE....take what you want from us keep us home still not taking it. I will not be told what will be put into my body. They will not force us into their camps.I am an AMERICAN and I will not be pushed around by these people that run our so called government.....They will not take any more of our freedom....will they take yours?
