CIA and Mossad paying $1,000 to Christian converts in northern Iraq

Consider the fact that
"CIA and Mossad giving $1,000 to random people!"
title is actually less bombastic.

What I much more realistic is this title:
"CIA and Mossad giving away $1,000 worth stocks to random people!"
Stocks of a printing company which happens to print bible

In Serbia just before the last elections there were news titles all around "Government gives away 1,000 eur to every citizen who applies!". The word "apply" meant that you need to apply for a free 1k eur worth stock (share stock) from random privatized company. The idea is that government buys stocks from privatized corporations and then give those stocks to its citizens who can do whatever they want with them. I suspect more than 5 million people applied for the free share.
