Hmmm this is highly theoretical but is the ultimate goal to achieve world security. What about China??

There are so many reasons why Russia cannot join NATO even if they wished.

Hmm .. many like my self are of the opinion that since the Warsaw Pact no longer exist, there is no need for NATO .. And seeing as NATO was a counter-force for Russian military power.. why would any Russian want Russia to join NATO .. And once your past enemy joins your organization to which the organization was founded to defend from, isn't the existence of said organization redundant?

I do hope they never join. Russia seems more like a good guy these days, it'd be a damn shame to lose them in the black hole which is NATO.

It won't happen.

Even if the people wanted it to.

They are not our buddy, they are China's buddy.

Why would they join our gang when theirs is bigger?

I don't see NATO ever inviting Russia into the fold.
