WASHINGTON POST PLANNING TO UNLEASH MORE PRISONER ABUSE PHOTOS, NEWSROOM SOURCES TELL DRUDGE... DEVELOPING...
The pictures obtained by The Post include shots of soldiers simulating sexually explicit acts with one another and shots of a cow being skinned and
gutted and soldiers posing with its severed head. There are also dozens of pictures of a cat's severed head....
Other photographs show wounded men and dead bodies. In one, a dead man is lying in the back of a truck, his shirt, face and left arm covered in blood.
His right arm is missing. Another photograph shows a dead body, gray and decomposing. A young soldier is leaning over the corpse, smiling broadly and
giving the "thumbs-up" sign.
And in another picture a young woman lifts her shirt, exposing her breasts. She is wearing a white band with numbers on her wrist, but it is unclear
if she is a prisoner.
Another photograph of a naked man with a dark hood over his head, handcuffed to a cell door. And another of a naked man handcuffed to a bunk bed, his
arms splayed so wide that his back is arched...
A picture shows a soldier holding a leash tied around a naked man's neck in an Iraqi prison....
drudgereport.com...
So when does it stop. All of you thought that this was an isolated incident of a few bad soldiers. Of course, the Colonel knew better. This is what
we represent worldwide. This is what people see of us. When doe sit stop. When will we say this is enough....or is this what Bush's America
represents?
"The shame is so deep that Hayder Sabbar Abd feels he cannot move back to his old neighbourhood . He would prefer not even to stay in Iraq."

A secure United States facility....
Heavily guarded by US Marines...
Inside, US personnel sexually abusing people...
Is it an Iraqi POW camp or the Clinton White House!
Perhaps these soldiers idnetify more with their former Commander-in-Chief than their current one.

The damage has and is being done.
Hopefully things will be rectified.
More pictures are merely hyping it into oblivion.

You are right. I am tired of a few troops causing bad press for all the troops. You should show photos of the soldiers building schools and helping
people, then we will talk.

Maybe not the best choice of words. Considering the sodomy and rape of under age girls and stuff.

I'm sorry? Am I missing something here? Are you saying US troops in Iraq are sodomizing and raping underage girls?
Can you substantiate this?

I just looked and couldn't find it but the other day, maybe yesterday. I read about a soldier talking about his buddy who would be talking about the
underage girls he was raping and calling them pre-taliban or pre-queda. One of those.
Ill keep looking. Maybe tomorrow, but if its out there its probably true. There is not much that has come up and then turned out false.

I think we all agree this behaivior is unacceptable, especially from those representing the USA.
BUT
Colonel says;
"When will we say this is enough....or is this what Bush's America represents?"
I think the President himself said repeatedly this is enough.......
What I find amusing is how we can look at this case and leap from front line soldiers (guarding prisoners) to blaming Bush for these acts....
I'd say what this represents is that not all Americans actually use their brains...If you find yourself wearing the military uniform of your country,
in a generally hostile land, during conflict, and your guarding POW's, youd think youd be very aware of the stakes happening around you.
I can understand normally peaceful people being put into this stressful and confusing situation of war...these guards were probably not fully
professionally trained to be doing what they were charged to do..they got cought up in gloating over their defeated enemy...blowing off their
frustrations in the worst possible way, then being stupid enough to take pictures of their antics...
But lets overlook the individual soldiers that commited these acts and blame Bush....
Also much like in a seperate thread, it apears that colonel is willing to utilize pictures of people being abused or dead in order to support his
political adgenda against republicans and Bush.
Im NOT saying hide the pics or censor information...but just read the inflamatory HYPE some attatch to this and how they then are so willing to use
others suffering to further their cause also while using this same suffering as a weapon against their opponents....
Or is it ok that these prisoners will now keep being used as pawns as their images are co-opted by those seeking to gain from their pain.

Excuse me, read the title of the online "newspapaer"....
"ALTERNATE NEWS"
Alternate meaning wildass lies..... I believe there was a story already posted about the picture in question with Boudreaux stating that it was proven
to be a photo-shop fake. In addition, there are many pictures added on the anti american sites to show what appears to be servicemen raping an Arab
woman in the desert somewhere. These are also fakes, and are actually part of a porno movie....
