Ok let's try this again. I just said I normally don't post, but a friend that knows I'm interested in space and physics sent me this picture through email. You guys know just as much as I know about it, just a picture and I have no clue where it came from and it looks totally manipulated to me. I'm a skeptic by nature, but was wondering if some of the more image related gurus can confirm this is manipulated, because I think so.

That "weird light" is the reflection off of the CRT of the flash from the camera.

thats what im thinking as well.

someone took a photo of a photo on a monitor. unless its the sun and the camera is behind saturn looking inward.

Cassini-Huygens is out there taking photos so it could be

Thanks for all the input. I agree it's definately not an original photo and is doctored and/or has been tweaked in some way. It does look as if it's a glare of some sort, but when I saw it first reaction I had a gloomy feeling as if something were coming out of Saturn.
