At the bustling Pi pizza restaurant in St. Louis, the staff has come up with a new mantra: "It's just pizza!"

Just pizza, and yet still, they marvel, customers are happy to wait well upward of two hours at peak time for a table. That is, ever since news came out that Barack Obama loved this pizza so much

Our new president eats something and the world wants to eat it, too.

People are just twisted. I mean what do they think is important in life? The brainwashed just follow. We truly have become a nation of unindividuals. What ever the latest fad is we got to have it. Fashion, Biceps, Pizza. When will the madness stop. He is not God!
Life is the real reality show. Turn off your TV and live it for yourselves.

I really want to puke here is some more.

With all the chatter, and with restaurants often happily revealing Obama menu picks, it's stunning that a central mystery remains: What did the Obamas eat?

OMG Applause. They eat food, like us. She touched me, faint.

Agreed. I was having that conversation yesterday. We have been so polarized lately that if you scrutinize someone, the opposite pole will attack. You are either with us or against us. What happened? It is not even about politics anymore, just a battle of personality. ex. "What do you mean you don't like the Obama's, they eat pizza like us you racist."

Personally i think it became popular to attack someone with different political views after 911 and Bush's speech of axis of evil and your either with us or against us. It started then. I almost died when i heard that because i knew at that moment, to dissent against bush meant to be anti american. If you werent on his side then your a communist or terrorist or worse. Made me think about high school and McCarthyism.

I had several arguements with people regarding this very issue and stated how it is not only American to dissent and voice your opinion politically but it is probobly the MOST American thing you can do. It is the exercising of your freedom of speech and freedom period.

Now it has become the norm to lash out at those who speak ill of anyone popular especially our popular presidents. If your against them then your against the US and your anti american. You have stood up to be counted among all the others who attack the president in this world. Attacking the president is an attack on amercian life.
Personally i could give a damn what obama eats and if britney spears is loosing her mind, or if john and kate get divorced or whatever else is going on in pop culture. Obama get to work fix this country or get the hell gone. I dont like obama because he is a socialist not because he is black but for me to say that i think the wants to bring about a social democracy in this country will get me labeled as a white supremesist.

I pray for a better day, i pray for common sense to return to this country and to its people. Why do we call it common sense when it doesnt seem to the all that common?

3-4 years later, after being strongly anti-Obama....I will be voting for him for a second term.
