Vegetarians? Why?

I hope you watch the rest of the video, it's what made me finally switch and however hard it may be we need to be aware of what happens otherwise we cannot look to a way of ending it.

I gave up meat for eleven years - not for any political reasons, but because I was bored with my diet. I still ate fish, so I wasn't properly veggie.

But then one day in a restaurant a waiter walked past me with a gammon steak and I thought "I'm having one of those..." and that was it, I was back on the meat!
