Some of humanity will ascend. The vast majority will go on to other third-density planets to continue learning third-density lessons.
There is much belief in this in the "new age" community- so much so that people live their lives by it. Do you believe its a physical ascencion? A

Personally when I was a pirate I did not experience a physical ascension,
as I only had an upgraded host body after I re-incarnated.
If it is a physical ascencion- do you believe that your race is helping by genetically coding DNA to ascend?
From my understanding Gray hybrids are for more peaceful relations with humans, as there are hybrids that look much like earthlings and so would act
well as diplomats.
Inadvertently this may help earth based humans as they would have these hybrids to reincarnate into, or potentially even breed with, should anyone
decide to.
As it is thought that the DNA changes within humanity and so it raises the earths vibrations...All of which- most believe will lead to a happy zion
like place for earth, or a new earth plane for those ascended to live on.

race of reptilians came by and hid 10 of them.
This you can probably see for yourself as many of the "normal people" talk about material things (red chakra) and sexual things (orange chakra).
Rarely if ever going to cognitive things (yellow chakra 3rd), and rarer still loving things (green chakra 4th). Though there are some musicians and
artists which develop expression (blue chakra 5th), as well as psychics developing vision (6th violet chakra), and channelers developing gateways (7th
white chakra)
beyond that there is the local chakra, the planetary chakra, the solar-system chakra, the galactic chakra and the universe chakra.
At some point Terrence McKenna claimed to have been accessing the "Galactic overmind" which I assume to mean communicating through his 11th
chakra.
The vast majority of media however from my understanding is focused on the material (consumerism and violence), or the sexual (pornography or short
sexual relationships).
So Gaia will offload the vast majority of this excess so they could have time to learn their lessons on a different planet with more time to spare.
Though I can't say it will become a "Heavenly Paradise" for me it is already, but how you view it is up to you.
I personally dont believe that will happen, anytime soon, atleast not for another millenia. So I am curious what you believe your species role in the
ascencion will be.
Well you might not ascend for another millenia, it's up to you.
Based on many of these New Age texts, the earth will move into 4th density as of 2012, so the excessive third density people will be shed, from a
local perspective and terminology it might seem like a calamity or plague, though people could very well just die natural deaths and reincarnate
elsewhere.
Ascension is a personal journey.
In the third density you make choices,
the big choice is what polarity you are positive(giving) or negative(accepting).
You have plenty of time to make up your own mind.
