Well I can't garuntee that I wasn't simply a 3rd density gray. I actually incarnated as one after some interaction when they had picked me up on the antarctic peninsula -- where I was looking for treasure or something like that.

well you already know what my occupations were, miner, geneticist, and flight attendant.
some of the main differences to this current society is that we were all telepathic, and had access to the "hive mind" or social memory complex, though we were taught how to use it from when we were little.
we were born in nests of anywhere between 10 and 40 -- though I can't say I counted -- people. We also often grew up together.
Even to this day, I still have occasional telepathic contact with one of my nest brothers.

I've heard from new age texts, that one of the parts of 4th density is the social-memory-complex and so that is an element.
We with you on earth have the internet which I'm hoping can evolve into our social-memory-complex -- though it is already taking many of the same roles.

Also the grays are very loving and understanding, extremely forgiving.

Overall what is 4th density like? Do you exist in more than one place? I mean, its another dimension or state of being.

Well it's more like having a greater perspective. For instance, if you want to know or understand something, you just think about it, and the information becomes available after a time. Also I can keep track of future possibilities, and past lives, as well as view a setting or scenario anywhere I can think of -- an extension of "imagining" or maybe it is the same.


And what exactly is negative 4d and positive 4d. Why do you use the words negative and positive?

A magnet has 2 poles, a negative which accepts electrons, and a positive which gives electrons.
Giving planets tend to specialize in a certain commodity,
wheras negative planets accept commodities from lots of places and mix them together.
For instance Grays accept a large variety of gene pools to mix with theirs, so you may hear them called "negative".

I have grown bitter, my body is a piece of crap (ever hear anyone say that? hehe), and I am just miserable.
It's hard for me to give when I have nothing TO give. So how the heck do I fix that?

Well you are alive, so you have enough to eat and drink, probably shelter to.
Seems like you have enough to give to me. Having enough depends on perspective.
Giving can be done by creating something from something else -- like objects, art, or information.

And how can I purge this mental and physical pain (the physical pain is probably from the damage I have put my body through).

Yea I've had chronic physical pain since I was in grade school -- kinda like being shredded to pieces in your own skin.
The pain went away once I learned to focus on my own development and spirituality -- meditation helps a lot to channel the extra-energy or pain.
I still get stabbing or pricking sensations every now and again to help me understand that at that moment I was doing something "wrong" or at least something that I could be doing better.

Same goes for the mental pain (depression and anxiety). Consequenses for my stupid actions from when I was younger.
What's a person to do in a case like this?

For depression and anxiety the solution is: be happy and relaxed.
Buddhist monks are happy and relaxed. All they have to do for it is meditate. So that is what I suggest, as it is cheap and free.
I suggest meditating regularly, at least once a day for desired effects.
There are lots of other things you can do to be happy... here is an excerpt from my website:
For Happiness:
- Deep Breathing Meditation on tranquility, peace, stillness, nothing
- Stretching or Yoga
- Spinning (chakra rate increase)
- Change of Setting or a walk in nature
- Hypnotherapy
- St. John’s Wort tea (serotonin tea)
- Nutritional Diet (potentially vegan)

Is my mind and body going to screw me in my chances for ascending? It seems it's 2 against one (body and mind sucks, but soul is ok).
It's hard to hold it all together, but I am still here... I hope there is a reason that I am indeed still here, for I hope this crappy life I have lived is/was not in vain...

Remain in a constructive way of thinking.
Once you find and travel on your life path, you have healthy mind and body.

Again it depends on you.
OR is a basic logical connective, that allows one to pick either option or both.
In my understanding the "future" is a concept extended from the logical primitive OR.
So as you are third-density you can choose where you will be in the future.

I dono about any emblems or tattoo's.
Even if they were negative(accepting) that's still a good thing -- in my view of the world.

Are greys all negative orientation or are there positives as well?

Grays tend to be more accepting so they are generally negative -- they accepted me, and my soul is .. lets just say I've been to some "learning grounds" much like biblical hell, now that I am better I can live in this relative paradise called "earth".
However grays do give technologies to human-governments, admittidely technologies they have generally accepted and adapted from other people.
Everyone both gives and receives, some people (those polarized) do one more than another.

This is exactly why ufology and aliens are still in the dark ages in regards to public opinion. Everything that you have been babbling about is found on "others" websites and on utube. Did some extensive research last night.

Even the eating or food orgy is not original ( Richard Doty ) . So far you have not shown anything new and just spout off about new age stuff like an alien Jesus.

I do think his approval of this money system is being taken from our world, if he is what he says he is. They truly don't approve of our system of money and that we treat each other as we do, in fact I was under the impression we were being judged in some way for this. Also, the group of greys that I'm talking about are more akin to what I think of as the watchers, and they have watched over natives and indigenous people for countless thousands of years. Their moneyless, resource society, and their respect for mother earth earned them much more consideration than our current societies.

I truly believe we are dealing with just as much diversity when we deal with these other races,as we deal with in our own world today.

I like ATS but it is not mass media. Just go to any mall in any city and survey people. I'm sure the numbers will be in the 90 % range that people are unaware of ATS. Thought aliens were a little smarter than that.

If there is a hive community mentality going on, should it not be more appropriate to use "we", more often. Look at you're post. You use "I", "me". and "my" in almost every sentence, showing you're self importance.

Also I am not a triangle,circle,square, or a nothing. Being a genetic engineer, you should be aware of this, unless this whole thing is of spiritual nature. If it is, then why harp on genetics so much which you really haven't gone into details on anyway.

Thinking that you are enlightening people with false hope and medical advice can be dangerous. Whats the harm in yoga and tea? What if someone actually took you seriously and stopped treatment or meds because of it.
