Yeah, I agree....also they had those "Water Restrictions Patrol" cars driving around the suburbs, spot- fining any unsuspecting persons whom were usually dobbed-in by their lovely neighbors for watering of lawns etc; not mentioning the Hypocrisy of it all:
They Were Being Charged For That Water Anyhow!!!!

Still if the Water flows in they have to perpetuate the lie further; to keep the falsely created infrastructure in-place; poor souls, they must still appease their revenue projections!!
