Green Card Lottery???????

Now something tells me this is a scam or illegal which is it?

IF legit..are we the tax payer's buying them plane ticket's too?

Sounds like a scam.

The real program is called the "Diversity Lottery" and it's for a Visa not a GC.

This is probably one of those cases where some group seeks to take advantage of the ignorant by becoming a front for a perfectly legitimate and free service for a cost or fee like "freecreditreport.com" and the like.

I get those and i born and live in the US.

The only thing i can think of is i use tor a anonymizer and sometimes it lookes like i am in other countries.

The Nigerians have there own scam to get money by sending fake green card lottery emails.

The US government never does this.

When i get one of these emails i bait the h**l out of them.
Then turn all of the email into the US FTC.

Wrong the DV lottery offers Green Cards and Citizenship after 5 years and not Visas.
