If it is the teeth you are referring to you can see them much clearer in this video. SHe appears to have two sets of K9 or at a set of very sharp teeth next to her K9s.

Pause the video at 1.10. Actually I can see three very sharp teeth in her mouth. ( No opinion if this is somthing out of the ordinary)

Frankly this thread is silly.
I kind a thought the idea of starting threads on ATS was to put forth idea's and opinions, not play guessing games.
