Well that is why I mentioned a poisoning of some kind. Or a neurological disorder.

if someone is diabetic and their insulin goes out of whack they can experience erratic behavior.
which is why it is not a bad idea to call medical services just in case.

I don't know (or care) who Chris Rock is, and no, I wouldn't laugh regardless who said it.
Joking and racism to me don't' mix.
Only thing that mixes with racism, in my opinion, is ignorance.
Especially this day in age.

But if what you say is true and it was meant to be humorous?
