A spectacular "cosmic eye" has been photographed in space by a telescope in Chile, showing a distant nebula in which sunlike stars are burning themselves out


I want to get this photo blown up and framed, it is that beautiful! it is referred to as a planetary nebula, I don't thing anything like this has ever been photographed. Man, I can' wait to get my telescope! I have one ordered and will get it in a few short weeks!

Thanks, I am not even patient when it come to the telescope! I am dying to get it! I decided to get one this year, I used to have a nice one but lost it in the divorce (really, lol!). Can't wait to stare into space all night!

I remember seeing them show this on the history channel, alot of people have already nicknamed it Gods Eye.

Some of these pictures they take are extremely amazing.

I think I remember it being talked about recently too on discovery, but I hadn't seen it, now that I have I must say no wonder they call it 'God's Eye'.
