the duma 3 system is not what it is reported to be,
the woopecker signal it was reported to have emitted was in around around 10hz,ELF frequency.

ELF frequencies are USELESS for radar tracking of icbm's or anything else which is its stated use on wiki.
ELF frequencies wouldnt bounce of any icbms they would pass right through them hence it is impossible for ELF radiowaves to be used in ANY radar tracking.
so its evident duga3 was not for radar purposes.

secondly the duga3 contruct was power by the chernoybl power plant,

Duga-3 needed about 4 000MW. It’s hard to imagine how much is it.
Let’s compare it to New York City power needs from 2003 - about 11 000 MW.
So, this two antennas used so much energy as a half of NYC!

Now, how much Chernobyl Power Plant could produce? There were 4 reactors (5th was nearly done when the accident happened).
Each of them could generate about… 1000 KW (1 MW).

In Wikipedia, You can read that Chernobyl Power Plant produced about 10% of Ukraine’s electricity at the time of the accident. In fact, all energy generated by Chernobyl Power Plant was used to power Duga-3 system.

theres no ELF emitter on earth that requires that form of energy,only ungodly high powered radiowaves along the lines of hundreds of haarps on full output need that kind of energy output.

if the duma3 system was responsible you would have expected the signal to have halted for a few days or weeks as the engineers abbandoned the radioactive cloud of death just round the corner!

the ways to protect yourself is to cure oneself of the nanotech(one half of the problem)
and the second half is EM and scalar wave shielding.

yes the power grid is easily used for mind contol as it contains conductive elements linked together in one big network which can be harnessed as an EM wave delivery system,digital electricity would allow complete and utter mind control to take place everywhere!

well spotted we are being managed to the extreme,more than you could ever imagine.
in the uk schools and hospitals are always side by side and next to large radio transmitter sites.
i got a list of all the radio network transmitters in the uk for google earth and beside every school and hospital together is at least one large emitter array.

hospitals are used for bases of operations by the ais,infact many live there on site in strange buildings which masquerade as various things such "traning centres for nurses",who needs thousands of rooms in a housing complex for training nurses.

take a look at the stoke mandeville hospital in the uk,its HUGE despite the low population,just take a look and youl see its more like a base than a hospital.i wonder if all these rumours of alien bases underground arnt a disguise for the truth of hospitals being there bases.

so is google censoring these clouds to the common man who reads wiki as they are evidence of the existence of large amounts of metal particulates in the upper atmosphere!?

by god how much are they spraying.....and by god how are they reaching that far up!?,they must be doing orbital insertions or using some far out aeroplanes.....weather engineering indeed on a global scale!

today its suddenly started showing again...along with other nocticulent cloud related searches which were being censored by google....

regarding the discussion or my evidence earlier about the woodpecker signal being a multi hop mode whistler propagation,

the woodpecker signal was described as multi hop hop emission,ie random frequency emissions.
this is identical to the whistler hop signal produced by ionospheric heaters,as mentioned haarp has done just the same thing

so i restate with complete clarity and decisivness the woodpecker signal was not related to icbm radar or the duga3 system it was caused by ionospheric heaters such as the superdarn system which was set up in the same year as the woodpecker signal began.
the woodpecker signal was a particulary strong multi hop signal created by an equally strong ionspherical heating program...superdarn.

AND WHAT IS STRANGEST OF ALL IS THE WOODPECKER SIGNAL COINCIDED EXACTLY WITH THE INCREASED GLOBAL WARMING TRENDS,to the year infact,1976 is when global warming took off ;-)
with the addition of the modern ionospherical heaters such as haarp and the emission of thermalyy conductive metal particulates which began in 1990(the year after the signal ceased) global warming went into overdrive.

global warming solved as ionspheric heaters!

it looks good,but i will say you will definitly want to be able to measure EM fields from outside of an electrical outlet,this needs to be plugged in to an electrical socket and measures the em coming from that socket.

your better off getting a portible one,much more versitile but probably a bit more expensive.
its worth it as you detect em fields and thier freq anywhere you want.....

but hey this is perfect for detecting micro surges in the mains,the thing is why are their micro surges in the mains of ELF(brainwave) frequency????,strange to the extreme!

this meter only measure power grid fluctuations.
it's yet another show that youtube is used for both - true and false data.
