¿What they carry out the military and government employees in deep underground military bases?

Hi friends, I'm thinking in they might be doing now the military in these deep military facilities. Are only assumptions. I have several options:

- Scientific projects (mind control, telepathy, Extended Mind and others in human beings)
- Space experiments that continue being carried out in secret (as the philadelphia experiment)
- High-tech engineering programs (DoN and DoE Black Projects: Stealth, Jets and ships)
- Alien Life Forms Genetic Research (autopsies, Dulce Base?)
- Creation of new underground tunnels network, they will be able to build more deep underground bases thanks to the technology of Nuclear Subterrene TBM.
- Engineering Drilling Projects (Los Alamos nuclear-powered tunnel machine and other classified TBMs)

I don't know if this could be done in secret underground bases, these are only assumptions, I would like to know your opinion please.
