Ok the guy who took the video was actually filming contrails when he noticed 3 disk type things fly out of the contrails so he tries to follow them with the camera.

SonyHi8 Video camera with IR filter installed. Nightshot mode on.

The movement of the smaller object was very good. It looked like it was speeding up then stopping, which could only be a bird. However the fact that it appeared to move so fast leads me to think it was not a bird.

WOW, Definately an interesting video. In the article, the guy claims that its a chemtrail but, im pretty sure that that one is a contrail. I could be wrong though. But the way the three are moving and the one flies up and seems to move around the other one, I dunno, expert analysis please!!!! Star and Flag

I don't know what to tell you cause for me the video is right there on that page. It's just a video of few tiny white dots in the sky alongside contrails.
