You've walked into a bit of a trap there Venus, as said person will argue they're not technically a mod (although at first they were given the title, but that disappeared through member pressure).

There is no way to change that in the profile and still allow me access to what I need access to.

You show me one instance where I have moderated anything. There isn't one. I don't moderate, I take care of the business end of things.
