I was suspicious about that white "light" too. But, I thought it was strange that it would appear to be on the face of the south tower only on this
particular angle of view and not any other. After double-checking with other angled videos of the moment of impact, it becomes apparent that the white
"light" is actually a piece of windblown debris or paper in the foreground. I wish I remember in what video this became obvious....keep checking.
