Mysterious escape from police

Ok I tried to search but that function hates me and at least to me it looks like it hasnt been covered.

I found this while going over some clips with a friend while bored. Dont mind the language of the site (just press play) and don't mind the fact that its on a web site with all sorts of clips . It looks to be a geniue clip from a police cam .

Well watch the whole thing (the really weird thing is at the end of the clip but watch the whole movie , its not long).

what do you think about it.? real ? hoax? if real any rational explanations ? I have one that umm well could explain it but that driver would have to be very very lucky.
