It looks similar to an alien I saw looking at me through my car window as I was travelling at around 70mph. The more roundish face. I guess it doesn't matter if it is real or not, more that it is a good likeness. I couldn't say if it was real or a model.

Unfortunately the photos seem to be part of a hoax. They have been discussed in both these threads, and the "alien" is just an old Halloween doll. The member Spikedmilk has one himself...
