That was really funny. One thing I'm going to miss about this election is all the SNL stuff. I'm loling at the idea of Palin in 08.

I saw it, I laughed, but it felt mighty forced and desperate to me. Maybe that's just McCain though it's hard to tell, he's such an awkward person in appearance.

Call me controversial, but I find Sen. McCain to be an at-times hilarious old dude! His zingers, albeit scripted, at the Alfred E. Smith Dinner were well-delivered and made me laugh, out-loud!

Politics aside, I respect the guy. Too bad he chose to sell out to get his party's nomination.

I agree 100%! He was far funnier than Obama at the Smith dinner. They were both pretty good, though. I am one of the people who really liked and respected the 2000 John McCain. I don't know who he is anymore. But he's funny!
