That's about to happen when civil urest breaks out, and

there are quite a few new tools at the police's and military's disposal

now. A Raytheon microwave engineer friend is working on just that weapon

which of course has perfect crowd 'control' capabilities.

Battalions are being called back from Iraq and deployed in northeastern

urban areas in new 'excersizes' - ats has a thread on that recently.

Its only a matter of time now....
