Newly released UFO files - October 2008

The files contain a wide range of UFO-related documents covering the years 1986–1992. If you want to find out more about close encounters over Gatwick Airport, alien abductions, stray satellites - and what the UK Government thought of it all.The UK is making decades' worth of classified files relating to UFOs freely available to the public.

When complete, the National Archive will contain some 160 UFO-related MOD files, representing the single largest release of records in the ministry's history.

Eight files are currently available on a dedicated UFO page at the National Archives website. The files are from 1978

There are already threads regarding this release, how come you didnt notice that, not long before a mod closes this thread.

Anyway to answer your question, how can this data discourage us, we accept that there are ufos and this is evidence that they are visiting us, it is the ultimate evidence for ufology.
