Moscow, Oct 18 (RIA Novosti) Diplomats at all North Korean embassies have been asked to wait for an important message from Pyongyang, a Japanese newspaper reported Saturday.

In the instruction, which is believed to have been sent several days ago, all North Korean diplomats were told to cancel all their business trips and stay put in their embassies, the Yomiuri Shimbun reported quoting unnamed sources

Maybe their fearless leader is finally dead and frying in hell for his crimes. If only it could be videotaped, then there would be a major revival in North Korea. Eventually you will pay the price if your form of entertainment is to watch christians scream as their heads are being crushed by steam rollers.

Hey, there's already a thread here:

North Korean Diplomats Abroad Told To Wait For 'Important News'

I don't think it's related to his health, either.

Toshimitsu Shigemura, a professor of international relations at Tokyo's Waseda University, said the announcement may not be about Kim's health, The Daily Telegraph reported.

"If he was dead," Shigemura said, "the North Koreans would have sealed the borders and not be letting anyone in or out, just as they did when his father, Kim Il-sung, died."

Teletext news is speculating about his health,

"North Korea has ordered its diplomats abroad to be on standby for an "important announcement" that could be about the health of its leader.

A Japanese newspaper said the order was probably issued several days ago and could be about Kim Jong Il's health or North Korea's relations with the South.

Kim disappeared from public view in August. US officials claim he suffered a stroke and had brain surgery."

Why does this Christian crap need to ooze into every post at some point? Can't you keep it contained to the Conspiracies In Religion forum you creepy zealots ruined?

?Anyway, why would they need to stay put if he was dead? I see no point in it. Wouldn't it make more sense if they were preparing to announce something that was really going to upset a lot of people on an international level?

Sounds like somebody's not loving their enemy!

Don't you guys love how quickly the hypocrisy creeps into the so-called "Christian" posts around here?

Jesus is rolling in his grave.

Kim'll get what's coming to him. Jesus [or whomever actually said it] was right..."Ask and you shall find." And Kim's been asking for it for some time now.

I feel badly for the people of North Korea. Yikes.

Perhaps someone found a potato.

Seriously, Kim Jong Il was reported by the North Koreans themselves as having had a stroke on August 15th.

There's a distinct possibility that the chubby little dictator has croaked his last execution order.

That's precisely what I was thinking.

I don't think Kim is dead - yet.

I think it's something that's going to upset people on an international level, as you said.

If I'm not mistake the U.S. has taken N. Korea off of it's terror states lists...so in all likelihood their leader is either dead, or incapacitated and being replaced.

Maybe one day the same can be said for Bush!

What's your point?

You think you live in a free and peaceful country?

At least North Korea is oppressive only against their own people, not also the the rest of the world with over 700 bases worldwide!

This information from Sky News:
Quoting unidentified sources at Japan's defence ministry, the Sankei said Tokyo had information that "there will be an important announcement on (October) 20th".

It said that announcement is also expected to include a ban on foreigners entering North Korea from this week.

Are you trying to defend the actions of North Korea? I suppose you actually prefer them to the US? My how things have become upside down. Well you'll get your wish soon enough. A world socialist government is coming.

Hell is not a Christian concept, as a matter of fact the word Hell does not even exist in the original texts that where used in the bible, only in translations to English. Hades is a Greek concept and much of hell was taken from hades/Gehenna to make todays popular (but non biblical) version of hell. A Hell type construct in fact exists in may religions besides Christianity. Maybe before you criticize someone else you should first educate yourself (same with EVERYONE who stared your post!).

So why does this Anti-Christian crap have to show up everywhere on this site, when its totally off topic to 99% of the threads here? Oh, I see, because the other poster has a screen name that comes from the bible, eh?

Anyway, back on topic, what was the announcement, anyone find out yet?
