Take a look at the time stamps in this thread and those in your pic and then tell me it's not true.

now look if its a visual mistake that you made then just admit, i wont care i sometimes get too excited and say without thinking. its better to admit it now then to keep this going and look bad.

i know what i have seen
and anyone familar with bbc will tell you that is a direct snapshot from a typical broadcast.. im still waiting for them to go back to that reporter as i have video record ready

That is a building dude.

Elliot, do you not realize that that is not a REAL window behind the announcer? It looks like one, but it has a posterboard behind it with the buildings (literally from coast to coast of the US) that I listed before.

You don't really think News Studios have windows to OUTSIDE behind the broadcasters do you?

That's why i was asking for the name of the town from where the reporter was speaking (well, now i'VE learned that it was a set).
Anyway, in the meantime i've outlined the shapes that are visible, and i don't think it's a coincidence that the central pole match the center of the "UFO":
