With regard to the Aviano footage what is the estimated year it was shot?

The sources say 'old footage released in 2005', but with no indication of how old. The degraded state of the tape makes it look from the 80s

from the title of this thread.. I was expecting to see all kinds of pictures.. and videos.. ???? so far .. I only see two cases????? L.A,. and the one with fins.. I think that has been debunked here at ats.. I know it has been gone over plenty of times.anyhow.. kind of a tell all of the ufo phenom.. still after all these years.. there really is no good picture or video.. of a alien craft.. were still stuck in in 1940s evidence.
