Yeah, I'm leaning towards that one too...
They said this morning on the economical news cast that there are two factors that drive the whole world market: GREED and FEAR.
But what would not surprise me is that some people see an opportunity in this collapse, just like some saw opportunities in the attack on WTC.

What I am concerned about, and which is the point of this thread, is the combination of these factors; economic turmoil, natural disasters, fuel shortage and general discontent with the goverment.

Does anyone know if this particular exercise is still going ahead? It seems a tad alarming, given the timing and that this particular anti terrorism exercise slated for 15 October was planned last year.
