This one is very interesting. Half of some letters and numbers are included in here. Hey Ian! What do those two clues at the bottom mean? Good

Looks like if you cut and paste the various sections together in the right order, all the half-letters will come together. But alas, I need to get

It seems like there are also some mirrorred letters put in throughout, maybe that has some link to the positioning of each code section.

There are two different colors, white and light blue, some backwards, some in parts and others whole. I have each individual piece separate in
photoshop but it is still difficult to make sense trying to put them together.

Keep in mind that some might be upside down. That is, the first letter could be a lower-case "Q", the second full letter could be a "u" and so on.
Have fun guys. I'll look in, but I'm going to sit this one out for the most part.

Here's my transcription; it looks like all the blue letters are reversed:
WHITE:

Note that the white and blue text both use exactly 21 different letters, and there's some overlap...
