Scary Ads on ATS

The advertisement for that movie "Mirrors" on the recent post page is really creeping me out!

I wish it was a more pleasant ad instead of that freaky looking girl, I feel like scrolling down just to avoid it.

Anyone else have this "problem"?

Oooh girl!! I am so with you on this. For the last week, I have dreaded refreshing and try to scroll quickly before that chick stretches open her mouth. *pukes*

Sounds like your a decent member of the human race. I too find it unsettleing, but when it comes to making money in america, anything goes. I like your moxie for speaking up.

I can't see it...

Could that be because of the way my firefox is set up? ABP etc...

However, it sure sounds like the kinda film I'd like to see...thanks for the heads up.

My prediction if i may...Never will it happen. that particular ad is a big monied baby. can't blame you for trying to make the bills. However, a sexy cheerleader doing her routine would also drive more males to click on it more often. I'm just sayin'

Well lets look on the bright side, if you are epileptic and didn't know it, this add would reveal all.

I went there and found a few other members had already mentioned it.

I guess the ad is doing it's job, getting attention even if negative!

Thats not as bad as when ATS has the ad with the short clip of Miley Cirus prostituing herself.

A bit off topic, but.......

I like the 'qualifier' around your post.

I understand why you have done that with some of the flak I have seen lately.

I'm trying to figure out why I can see it at all. I only have dial up and can't watch a video, but this thing pops up and plays without any problem. I really hate the thing where she opens her mouth, and it start getting all messed up, it is just disgusting, more than scary.

I want to see that movie, I know that!!
