I’m just trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together. And the further I research the topic, the deeper I fall into the rabbit hole. Spooky stuff!!

This quote indicates that seeding the magnetosphere with barium is part of its operation procedure. Unfortunately I don't understand why it's necessary.

I’m trying to educate myself on the subject. So far it’s all just circumstantial evidence from unreliable sources. But it looks like chemtrails are connected to HAARP. Or does it?

Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction of global warming

Abstract
A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.

Seeding the greenhouse gases' layer with a quantity of tiny particles of a material characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said materials have high emissivities in the visible and far infrared wavelength spectra and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength spectrum, whereby said particles are suspended within said gases' layer and provide a means for converting radiative energy at near infrared wavelengths into radiation at the far infrared wavelengths, permitting some of the converted radiation to escape into space.

14. The method of claim 10 wherein said seeding is performed at altitudes in the range of seven (22704 ft) to thirteen kilometers (42240 ft) above the earth's surface.

I thought HAARP could operate without seeding.

Can planes fly high enough to see the region HAARP would be used in?

How about UFOs seeding the region in question?

ED: Cold Fusion?: HAARP heats up atmospheric gases, separated and
then collapse giving off more heat and shock waves. Its not cold, its
not Relativistic.

The question is not answered. The ones who are poisoning the air still have to breath it. Agent Orange was used in Vietnam and areas where the rich and powerful probably don't go to. If they poison the sky all over the USA and Texas where Bush lives, how do they breathe?
This is a legitimate question to be asking. The chemtrail theories, while interesting, don't make a whole lot of sense.

That's not clear to me yet. Is it to slow down global warming by creating an artificial UV absorbing sunscreen around the planet? Is it a deliberate effort to control population growth by targeting the weak immune system of the elderly and sickly? Is it an ET/NWO plan to control the population of the world through HAARP mind control? Is it a means of mass vaccinating populations? Is it to fix the Ozone holes created accidently through HAARP tests?

I haven't found concrete evidence about any of the conspiracy theories behind chemtrails. But I am finding that the technology and means of dispersing various ingredients into the skies definitely does exist. Some of the states purposes is to block solar radiation and some are to affect or enhance radio-waves beams. The side-effect failout maybe just be an unexpected hazard that the scientists didn't take into consideration. Or they consider it the lesser of two evils.

I'm hoping that only supportive contributions will be made to this thread. I will not be debating debunkers here. There are other threads on chemtrails already bogged down with that. It only serves the purposes of the disinformation brigade.

They have no choice but to breath the same poisoned air.

Unless they get wise and stop the trails that are chemicals.

You agree that chemicals are sprayed.
You agree that it is under some one's orders.

Then the people giving the orders are nuts if they know whats going on.

I am not a disinformation person. It is a legitimate question that does need to be looked into. If you are working on a theory as to what the heck is going on here (a good idea) you have to ask the questions that are important. One thing is the ones giving the orders are vaccinated for whatever they are spraying, or they have the antidotes.
I am not trying to be negative (there are many posters out there who will rip to shreds) and am not a debunker. I am a little skeptical, but I do have lung problems which the lung doctors can not figure out. As you can see, I am interested in this subject for a personal reason.

Apparatus and method for ejecting matter from an aircraft


Abstract
A fluid ejector for discharging gases and fluids from an aircraft. The fluid ejector is fastened to an exterior surface of the aircraft and includes an air tube which is spaced apart from the exterior surface of the aircraft by a mast. Unwanted fluids and gases are evacuated from the aircraft through a conduit located inside the drain mast and are expelled from an outlet located in the side of the air tube. In this manner, the liquid or gases present at the outlet are discharged in a rearward direction away from the downstream portion of the aircraft by the airstream through the tube.

Yeah, I'm skeptical as to there being an actual ominous intention behind the chemtrails. But I am finding that chemtrails are indeed a reality. The best evidence are the patents. The next evidence is to follow the ingredient trail. Who is buying and making the ingredients? Lastly will be the effort to put the pieces together and understand the purpose of chemtrails -- and HAARP. A big project, no?

This is a legitimate question to be asking. The chemtrail theories, while interesting, don't make a whole lot of sense.

Maybe they are vaccinated with the antidote. I don't know yet if the purpose of chemtrails is to counter the depletion of the ozone layer from global warming or a direct effort to weaken the immunity of people or to weaken the immunity of aliens. The conspiracy theories are endless. Not focused on that so much yet. No reason to without first gaining concrete evidence that chemtrails exist.
