Great find DC, I couldnt agree with you on how important this document but unfortunately it looks like it will become another over looked NWO thread.

But my question was, who are the NATO12?

The 12 nations belonging to NATO. I think there are more than twelve now. I know Poland was trying to get in on the action...

Yeah, these documents are good. I originally put this in the weapons forum. I was in the middle of reading the first one when I posted it and decided it didn't belong in the weapons forum.

Actually, I was getting into that 9/11, 3/11, 4/7/4 post. That's some good stuff. I just don't think a smart insurgency would limit itself to easily predictable patterns.

Interesting read, when the line between civil policing and military operations blurs you get a police state. Listen to this guy from the Rand corp's language, "selective dominance" "non-combatant control". Is that war or martial law?

I wonder what constitutes a calmative? Fluoride? FLUOxetine Hydrochloride (Prozac)? Zyban? Seroqeul? Depacote? Wellbutrin? Trazidone?

Oh, acatually, I agree with you. I don't think THEY do it so we know when their net strike will be. THEY do it becasue they figure we will go through all these machinations and KNOW it was them. More subtle terror. I've read they love to have people find out what they do. In no way do I think Al Qaeda acted alone here--they are the puppet.

Could you by chance break those down individually and elaborate a little farther please sir? Is there a repeating cycle that most are not aware of?

Excellent post, DC. Did you see my post on the police? This overlaps with my post on police action and perception. Less than lethal munitions are regularly used in riot and protest situations. I think that the populace is slowly being acclimated to this kind of abuse...and people are getting used to DISPENSING this kind of punishment on their fellows.
