Edwards AFB had UFO officer?

Hi. There's been threads on Edwards AFB incidents before, but I was watching the following youtube video on one episode. I have to say it was news to me that they had an officer employed to specifically look into UFO reports.



Are there any other records of these officers? This has really peaked my curiosity.
