I am under the belief that Congress is just as guilty as Bush was. Didn't congress play a large part in this war? Or did we already forget that?

Bush just seems like an easy target....

He isn't an easy target. He is the Commander-Guy.

HE Decidered the power was His, and now the Executive Branch is the most powerful. When Congress votes in a way he doesn't like he either Vetoes or makes a Signing Statement.

Bush lied in his Addresses, and failed to uphold his Oath. He then took advantage of 9/11 to invade two Sovereign Nations.

Congress will also get fair trials - but I doubt they will have as many viewers as the Decider's trial.

Perhaps he will plead insanity? Say he was drunk?

Either way; The Tribunals are coming - Fair and Just, unlike what America is doing to people in Gitmo.
