Iran test fires more missiles in the Persian Gulf

The weapons have "special capabilities" and included missiles launched from naval ships in the Persian Gulf, along with torpedoes and surface-to-surface missiles, the broadcast said. It did not elaborate.

A brief video clip showed two missiles being fired simultaneously in the darkness.

The report came hours after Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warned Iran that Washington will not back down in the face of threats against Israel.

Here we go, getting closer and closer to a conflict. All it is going to take is one of these missiles coming too close to one our our ships and it will begin.

Rice is now saying they will protect our interests (Israel), Now that they (Israel) have our backing officially, expect to see a strike by Israel here within the next 24 hrs.

Here is a quote by rice from another article:

"Earlier Thursday, Rice closed her three-day European trip with words of warning: "We are sending a message to Iran that we will defend American interests and the interests of our allies."

Rice noted U.S. efforts to increase its own security presence in the Persian Gulf and the defense capabilities of U.S. allies there.

"We take very very strongly our obligations to help our allies defend themselves and no one should be confused about that," she said."

Hmmm What has Bush got on this week?? can he start another war?

Nothing is gonna happen within 24 hours and i wager nothing will happen within 6 months. This is all just posturing.

Israel will not let Iran continue what they are doing, originally the US was telling Israel not to do anything, now officially Rice came out and said we will back our Allies. So Israel now has our blessing and knows they have that extra protection now. That will make them lean more towards an attack asap before the admin changes their mind.
