Obama may not be a US Citizen at all! First of all THERE IS NO US BIRTH CERTIFICATE! If so, then show it to us!!! Not a "Certification of live birth" which anyone in the world can get post hoc - but a LIVE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. There is a difference and if you are too dim to understand that, you shouldn't be commenting!

He was born in Kenya at the Mombasa Maternity Hospital and the birth was witnessed by Obama's relatives. His mother was 18 at the time and did not have the Constitutional protection to pass U.S. Citizenship on to her son as she was not the requisite age of 19.

What distrubs me the most is that you PUKE Obama followers have no evidence to support that HE IS a US citizen - you are just taking his word for it. We're any of you there to witness the live brith? Didn't think so, so perhaps you should just SHUT UP until he produces a CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE - which is readily available for release if he was, in fact, born is Hawaii as claimed.

Finally, there ARE restrictions to holding dual citizenship and becoming President... Read the basis of the lawsuit HERE.

I'm tired of all of this blind faith BS! Educate yourselves before you start commenting on Constitutional Law. If this suit is dropped, a legal Birth Certificate is NOT produced and Obama is permitted to continue his bid for the Presidency then I think it will be safe to assume that the entire Constitution has been compromised.

Obama wouldn't want to reveal his birth certificate to the public. I think there are some laws against it or for protection. Either way Obama was born in the USA and all of these things against him are just internet rumors started by racist people IMO the www.obamacrimes.com website being the most famous example.

Thought I would post this because I haven't seen it yet. For those who listen to Michael Savage, you know he's been talking about this alot lately.

As at least some of you know, this guy named Andy Martin put in an "Emergency motion for Order to show cause" in the first circuit state court of Hawaii. Andy Martin is also the founder of the "Stop Obama Coalition" (LMAO).

The anti-obama crowd is in a rush to try and figure this out prior to the election for obvious reasons.

Here's a couple interesting things that need pointing out..
First of all, HERE is the link given to this story on Michael Savage's website.

In this link, Andy Martin states:

1. This lawsuit does not involve complicated or disputed facts.

Actually, it does.. If this situation wasn't complicated, the anti-obama folks wouldn't be having such a hard time with their efforts trying to find out where Obama was really born. There is no proof of any kind that Obama is not an American citizen born in the U.S.. All claims that he was not, that I have heard, are based on conjecture. There is no evidence. Hence, the lawsuit being filed in an effort to find SOMETHING.

2. Time is of the essence because Plaintiff would like to write columns and articles about the Birth Certificate before November 3, 2008.

Crystal clear evidence that the Republican party is using desperate defensive tactics. This will probably come up in the next debate.. But it shouldn't because we have enough to worry about without wild goose chases into another clearly engineered, desperate attempt at finding something negative to pin on Obama. 2- What about Sarah Palin when she refused to cooperate in any way with the troopergate investigation? Nothing at all happened to her.. Somehow she gets a free ride?
3- Even if he was available, he didn't have to cooperate..Sarah Palin refused to cooperate with troopergate and got away with it. I'm highly certain that Obama could have refused to cooperate in any way and gotten away with it too..

4. There is intense national interest in access to an officially certified copy of the birth certificate in question as well as any related supporting information which the defendants may have in their possession.

This part should say the following..
"There is an intense Republican anti-obama interest in access to an officially certified copy of the birth certificate we believe to be "in-question" based on no evidence whatsoever. Give us any proof of birth in Obama's possession also. If we can't find anything wrong with the birth certificate the state of Hawaii gives us, we might be able to at least find inconsistences between the two so that we might just win this election. Thank you for supporting the Republican party!"

And what if the certificate is genuine? What will these people do then? Will they try to prove it as "forged" or something? Please... We are going to continue to hear this kind of rhetoric throughout the coming days before the election because the Republican party is desperate for anything that could potentially turn the election around at the last minute. That's what this is all about and its both sad and ridiculous..

My point is this..
If everything about these presidential candidates is "free game" and everything is going to be "on the table" for all to see, why then would Sarah Palin, herself, refuse to cooperate with an official investigation into troopergate? Especially if she had nothing to hide. The only obvious explanation is that she did it to keep her image as clear as possible for the election. But it just goes to show that ANY politician (republican or democrat) is going to avoid ANYTHING that could defame their character regardless of the circumstances. That's politics..

Obama has been very straight forward about everything in his life. This is simply a last-ditch effort at SOMETHING that could prevent a democrat from becoming president. They will continue to try and they will most likely continue to fail and separate the parties even more when we SHOULD be working together as a nation to fix these serious issues facing our country.

Hehe I wish they were just rumors but they aren't. I was going to vote for Obama too and I am glad I actually took the time to really get serious and research this guy. What I know now is,, WHAT WAS I THINKING!
