To the OP thanks so much for such an imformative and interesting post. I am not affliated with any belief and am interested in all. I want to research all of them before making my choice which to enter into, if any. It seems that most are dominated by bigots and zealots. Everyone thinks that their religon (sp?) is the one true religon and everyone that doesn't follow their beliefs are going to burn in hell. Intolerance is something that I can't stand. Respect and you will be respected.

OP, I commend you on speaking out for Satanism. I my self am a satanist, not that its anyone else's concern what practice I'm involved with. I do NOT "bash" other people for thier religious preference, for one, it isn't polite. If I expect people to acknowledge and respect my religion and to not just dismiss it as if I were just praising the rantings of a drunkard with a chip on his shoulder, then I myself must respect another person's religion. There is no "right" religion, just what is right for YOU.
