Interesting 'Orb UFO' footage from San Antonio, Texas

Apologies if this has been posted before-It's the first time I've seen it and thought I'd like to hear some opinions from you guys on it. There's a couple different "orb-like" objects, and one looks pretty bright. What I liked about this footage is that the videographer pans out so you can get a reference point of the object in relation to the surrounding environment (house, tree)...

UFO Casebook needs to do their research before they post a sighting as a "UFO".

STS-124 departed the ISS on that day.

According to Heavens Above the ISS and shuttle passed above San Antonio that night. The time was between 21:18 and 21:23 , heading NW to SE.

Assuming a small error in the camera time (which is extremely common) I would call this one closed.
