The mortal Head wound (Ayman Al-Zawahiri) The string puller behind Osama

I have noticed in news footage and pictures of Aywan Al-Zahiri,that he has an incredible dent in his forehead.
It seems to be at least an inch deep and three inches around. It is quite grisly looking.
Does anyone know how he received this grisly looking feature?
Does anyone have a good picture to post of it?
Could this be the fatal head wound that is written of in Revelations?

I've never heard of this guy, who is he? A suspected candidate for antichrist? If he comes back to life after this head wound we'll find out I guess. But all that is supposed to happen after a lot of other stuff anyway...

if im correct the fatal head wound is received by the beast or the false prophet .... i think its the beast ....

i researched it last night and it is the first of two beasts that receives the mortal head wound
what really intrigues me more than anything though is where ,when and how did Zawahiri receive this feature

I'm not sure about this but I think Al-Zihiri grew up in the desert where certian materials are rare such as wood. As I understand it Al's mother didn't have the standard "wooden spoon" therefore she used the large "metal spoon" to reinforce the family discpline.

i could not find it in there but the read is quite extensive so i could have missed it.
You can tell by reading it though that this man is the one behind the operation and the real brains
i cant help but think if the jewish nation would just relent the west bank and stop bullying and destroying new homes that palestinians build that all this would come to end
