Pilots run out of fuel, pray, land near Jesus sign

WELLINGTON, New Zealand - It seemed like an almost literal answer to their prayers. When two New Zealand pilots ran out of fuel in a microlight airplane they offered prayers and were able to make an emergency landing in a field — coming to rest right next to a sign reading, "Jesus is Lord."

Well, the news article should be 'proof' enough that some prayers are heard. I love happy endings! Thank you for sharing.

hmmm, if millions in the world are suffering it seems a bit silly that the prayers of a pilot who ran out of fuel would be heard above anyone else.

God is apparently highly selective. Was a cool story though just the same. If ultralight out of gas do not begin cursing.

I guess god just liked those 2 pilots better....

When two New Zealand pilots ran out of fuel

How do trained pilots run out of fuel anyway...?

"When we saw that, we started laughing," Stubbs said.

Yeah, coincidences are funny... but no proof of divine intervention.
