Sen. John McCain took his weeklong environmental tour to Washington state Tuesday, addressing the need for reducing the nation's dependency on foreign oil and sparking investment in environmentally friendly technology.


McCain spoke at an environmental roundtable at Cedar River Watershed Education Center in North Bend, Washington.

Since McCain is basically all but the Republican nomination his statements should be taken note of. So he has said that this is a security issue and the country needs to find other sources of energy. Ok that's well and good but where will this energy coming from? Or more to the point, was this just political double talk with no real meaning, or to put it more bluntly, lies?
